Obituary for Bonnie Faye Connor

Bonnie Faye Connor, 60, of Gore, VA died on Friday, March 23, 2018 at the Winchester Medical Center.

Bonnie was born on April 11, 1957 in Winchester, the daughter of the late Roy Rosenberger and Catherine M. Kump Fauver. She was a certified nursing assistant having worked at the Shawnee Springs Nursing Home in Winchester and the Rose Hill Nursing Home in Berryville for 26 years. Bonnie had a love of the beach, gardening, animals, baking and most of all being with her family.

Bonnie married Douglas S. Connor on August 28, 1993 in Stephens City, VA.

Surviving with her husband of nearly 25 years are four sons: Larry W. Garrett, Jr of Winchester; William A. Sulser, Jr.; Billy A. Sulser and Steven S. Connor all of Gore; five brothers: Donald Fauver of Stephenson; Gary Fauver of Winchester; Doug Fauver of Gore; Darrell and Gerald Fauver both of Inwood, WV and six grandchildren.

She is preceded in death by two brothers: Dennis Fauver and Alan Rosenberger.

A funeral service will be held at the Giffin Funeral Home and Crematory in Capon Bridge, WV on Tuesday, March 27th at 2 PM. Officiating will be Pastor Alanna McGuinn. Interment will follow in the Timber Ridge Cemetery near High View, WV.

The family will receive friends an hour prior to the service.
