On Thursday December 21,2017 Judith Eileen "Judy" Williams-Mosher, 72, devoted wife, mother, and sister lost the good fight surrounded by her loving family while visiting her much-loved cabin in the mountains’ of Capon Bridge, West Virginia. Born June 25, 1945 in Walterboro, SC she was the middle Child of Col Arthur F Williams and Gertrude McClellan Williams. She Graduated from Fairborn High school in Ohio. She went on to Center State College to earn her Biochemistry degree. She then went on to New York for her Masters in Toxicology. She went on to be a teacher for 47 years. The last 30 years at Indian River High School in Chesapeake VA. She was an avid bowler and went on to bowl with the AWBA, where she won several awards all across the US. She was also a lover of her motorcycles. As a Native American woman, she was a vocal advocate of their issues.

She married her husband Jerry Q Mosher on June 2, 1984 in Queens, NY.

She survived by her Husband Jerry Q Mosher; Daughters: Kymberly Kent and her husband Carl of Bowie Md, Misty Robins and her Husband Damein of Capon Bridge WV. Nine grandchildren: Samantha, Joshua, Hannah Jordan, Sarah, Samuel, Jessica, Scarlette, Ruth Anne, and David. Brother: Arthur F Williams Jr. and his wife Marie of Fargo ND. Sister Elisabeth Liz Williams-Caison and her husband Larry of Capon Bridge WV.

A celebration of Judy's life will be held at the family home, 338 Kemp Lane East, Chesapeake, VA 23325 on January 6th from 11 AM-3 PM.
