Fredrick James “Freddie” Mullen, Jr., 48, of Martinsburg, WV died on Tuesday, May 29, 2018.

Freddie was born on December 31, 1969 in Baltimore, MD, the son of Norma and Robert Bradds of Augusta, WV and Fredrick James Mullen, Sr. of Laurel, MD. He was a Carpenter and loved to work with horses.

Surviving with his parents is a daughter: Margaret E. Mullen of Montana; two step-brothers: Bobby Bradds, Jr. of North Carolina; Patrick Bradds of Maryland; two sisters: Eleonore Fogle of Winchester and Lauren Mullen of Texas and two grandchildren: David and Skyrah Mullen. He is preceded by a step-brother: Robert Bradds, III

Family will receive friends at the Giffin Funeral Home & Crematory in Capon Bridge, WV on Sunday, June 3, 2018 from 12-2 PM followed by a service at 2 PM. Officiating will be Pastor Gary Palmer. Inurnment will be privately held at a later date.
